I told u about my new house and apa yang I should do first right. Apparently, everything change when we dont expect our new house key dpt bulan 10! 

So yeah.. 

Apa yg penting now is ....

1. Grill satu rumah

2. Pasang lampu, kipas, aircond and water heater

3. Curtain satu rumah

So that's it sbb budget mmg tak mengizinkan for KC and all. Yang tu next time xpe. As long as I have my own zanussi stove oven. I still can cook. Hehe.. 

This is it. Pintu sblh tu utk letak gas. So xnampak la gas serabut kat luar. Hehe.. 

I know i have to have kabinet too for all my appliances. So with my budget I can only buy Udden series ikea. 

For time being, i think its ok. I am ok with it. Asalkan ada tmpt letak stuff like pinggan n all.. I might buying white too. Suit my zanussi.. Price dia total up xsampai RM2k pun.. Happy! Hehe.. 

For curtain, I spend not more than RM1500 termasuk rod and its ikea too. That is for satu rumah tau! So yea.. The grill and wiring ofcoz Mr Hubby yg handle. Hehehe.. Kalau ppuan yg handle kena tipu aje nnt.

Will update u guys abt this new house. Grill settle, ktorg dah start masukkan brg skit2. Insyallah.. With the little apple in me, mudahan ada rezeki lbh.. Aminnnn... 

Curtain Part 2

Hello and assalamualaikum...

Greetings from ikea! Haha.. While i was waiting in line to pay my stuff.. This is like 3rd visit to ikea for curtain! 

So.. Again.. What color i planned, my hubby will said no.. For the master bedroom and living room we bougt purple! I do love purple but i dont like the corak2 one.. 

Sooo.. He said corak for our room and the purple plain for living hall. Ok watever. Now.. Buying the curtain means u have to buy the rod. We dont really count the rod at home.. so when we are here we just simply count.. Haha.. Bismillah.. 

For u guys out there pls2 plan btol2 dulu.. Haha... Later!! Time to pay dah..

Tips for buying curtain at ikea:

1. Get the exact measurement of ur window. 

2. Go to ikea sewing department. Ask them to count how much metres they need for the curtain u wants. 

3. When u got all the calculation done, go to ikea fabrics departments. 

4. Choose ur fabrics and the uncle will layan u there. He will give u some tips also for the design. 

5. When u got all done. Pay the fabrics and bring it to sewing department. 

6. Give them ur window measurement and pay for upah jahit. Depends on how design u want. They'll charge u per panel. Ur curtain will be done by 10-12 days.

P/s: the uncle said its cheaper to sew ur curtain if ur window is small. But if for living hall or master bedroom, u just buy the ready made because the material is blackout materials and its come with long measurent. #ikea #ikeatips #ikeacurtain

Yea.. 

This time..QUOTATION..aka sebut harga

So today I went to my new house. Yup. To start measure everything. Oh my.. Pening!

Apparently my hubby sukat for everything! Including for the grill.. Nape tak bleh pasang grill nanti2?? Becoz nnt pencuri senang masuk.. Hmm.. Speechless babe~

NVM then. anyway, here what I did..after balik dpd sana..so excited sbb dah dpt ukuran kan.. then.. lupa nak ukur tinggi rumah tu brapa.. haha.. oh well, biarkan... so..terus pegi nearest kitchen cabinet punya kedai. kira2....and kira again..total is rm14k..wah~~~~ grill lagi.. langsir lg.. hubby said buat table top dulu.. i speechless again..

i got an advice from my bestfriend. dia ckp dont buy IKEA kitchen kabinet because material xelok but WHY they willing to give 25 years guarantee?? btw, my bestfriend is ID punya org.. now i know why he asked me to choose somewhere else.. 

IKEA is like sambung2 only.. sendiri boleh buat..table top not like kedai kitchen kabinet biasa..got granite n quart or whatsoever..me oso xfhm.. but for me takkan nak guna table top yg sama for the rest of ur life? fine.. after 25 years, mesti la nak tuka kitchen kan.. confirm nak renovate rumah balik..haha.. so maybe i choose IKEA..

its not that i dont like other kedai..its just that i dont really like the design..so not me.. 

so try Kitchen Planner IKEA.. sgt2 helping korg nak berjimat.. sbb it can calculate the kabinet u want.. i got mine... dalam less than 10k..hubby said, yg kat atas nanti2 pun boleh so bila alter balik jadi 4k plus..not bad kan... yg penting u got place to put all ur stuff..

So next is my plaster ceiling. a bit worry abt it actually. email this so called murah punya 100times..xjugak reply..today i email lg the ukuran skali then tanya blk which house.. aiyo..

i am so inspired with this one !! so this is my design with a black tombol. hehe..

and this is the plaster ceiling that i choose..since i am a simple woman..i dont need any kerewang2 lampu..i just need a fan coz i dont want to use aircond. i got asthma!

for this entry...i will show u which one is important and which one is not really or so-so..

IMPORTANT

1. Plaster ceiling - okay...this is not so important if u never want to do this plaster ceiling..if u just wanna used kalimantang for the rest of ur life, tak payah buat plaster ceiling..for me, ATLEAST bahagian bawah kena pakai down light.. sbb cantek mata memandang...ingat nak buat kat bilik tidur tp later2 pun boleh..the reason i want to do it before pindah masuk is sbb bila barang dah masuk umah...nanti semua kotor and whatsoever...so its better to do it before u move to ur new house..
2. Downlight LED - LED mmg jimatkan electric and tak panas..so people.. pakai la LED..this one maybe need dalam 8 keping mcm tu kot for my house kat bhgn bawah.. I got RM33 satu from my aunty punya company yang jual LED..still expensive eyh~?
3. Kipas - kipas mmg perlu... sbb i pakai aircond kat living hall jer.. tp make sure kipas yang  murah2 jer..if u wanna save la... kipas anytime leh tukar~ oh ya..aircond kat masterbedroom ok tp bila2 boleh pasang..not that urgent..
4. Kalimantang LED - ok...seriously this one mmg i mahal sket...my aunty punya company LED bg price RM110 for yang panjang punya..yang pendek RM88.. bila kira2 balik..banyak jugak i need.. for back yard, car porch, toilets, bedrooms, tangga...so u decide.. hehe.. sometime bilik2 yang tak bukak lampu sgt, pakai je la biasa punya...kan?? not necessary LED semua.
5. Grills - perlu for tingkap..for my house takde sliding doors..so ok la kot.. tp tingkap ada la.. we are not sure how much is the price but we will try to figure it out nak pasang ke x...mmg la nak..tp for me let the hubby settlekan yang ni..
6. Kitchen kabinet - I have a friend keja kat Hong Kong saying that Ikea punya tak OK if nak long term..hmm..a bit frustrated but I dunno yet nak amik kat mana. Ladies.....this is importanT! hahaha..i know nanti2 pun boleh but for me, I am excited to have one of these....haha

2. MINTAK QUOTATION (mintak and survey yang mana murah...search kat blog2 yang pernah buat ka contractor yang sama)

this time entry is about our new house.

so ..

we will got the key by end of this year.

here's the plan...

since we dont save any money for the house..

we have to have some money too though..

and what i did was....

1. do second job like part time..from home..just by my lappy..

2. list all ur monthly expenses, cut off that we dont really need..

   for example : downgraded astro, use prepaid instead of postpaid..

3. buying all the stuff like down light for the house or fans PER MONTH~ so that when u have the key, u got everything u need already.. only u have to do plaster ceiling n pasang all the stuf that u bought.

4. set which one is important..~

which one is more important?

of course :

-lights

-fans (aircond if u have money for that)

-plaster ceiling

-grills

-kitchen kabinet (for me yes! haha..)

-tembok for blakang umah (i will have a wet kitchen at my back yard...)

so for lights and fans..the cheapest price that we can get is Houses Lightings at Puchong..

Plaster ceiling.. still tgh survey...

kitchen kabinet maybe ikea..that one will be the last one!!

p/s: mmg la sakit sikit if everything came in one go...like me..married, have kid and buy a house...tp bak kata pepatah, biar sakit2 dahulu, bersenang2 kemudian..insyallah and i know that Allah will show us the way and rezeki itu akan dtg.. i believe in that..we just need to find the way and pray... aminnn~

i am truly tired with my life right now. work work work work.. i dont even have time for myself.

who to blame? 

huhu...sometime...as a working mother... my head always have a list! when i want to sleep i already have listed what i want to do for tomorrow.. that is why my life is not like i used to be when i am single..

who to blame?

oh well..of course..if u are single, u have a plenty of time for yourself. i dont blame all the mothers out there.. coz now i know how they feel if they suddenly become something like cookie monster when they have husband and kids..even i have only one daughter, i look like a piece of shit. 

who to blame?

jealousy of other girls? yes! completely! but i am sure know that when my daughter is big enough, i can spend all the girly things with her. i need all that urgently! i need my hair to be fix. i need facial spa. i need a spa! thats for sure~ but i even cant buy my facial wash. because i dont have that particular time for me!

who to blame?

you know in life, we cant just blame on someone. blame on me. myself. who asked for all this? when u are single, you want to get marry. when you are married, you want to have kids. now, u are complaining this and that. so blame on you! serve u right! padan muka! peace~
